Welcome to C&R Thai Massage. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings and Appointments

• All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

• Bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or in person at our store.

• A deposit may be required for group bookings or special packages at our discretion.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to our therapists and other clients, we adhere to the following policy:

• Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done by phone or email.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.

• No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for your appointment without any notification, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

3. Arrival Time

• We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a peaceful check-in, a moment to relax, and a brief consultation with your therapist without reducing your treatment time.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment. Your session will end at the scheduled time to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply.

4. Health and Medical Conditions Your health and safety are our top priorities.

• Client Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries before your treatment begins. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, high blood pressure, skin conditions, and allergies to oils or lotions.

• Therapist's Discretion: Our therapists are professionally trained. If they determine that a treatment may not be suitable for you due to a health condition, they have the right to refuse or modify the service for your safety.

• Not a Medical Service: Our massage therapies are for relaxation, wellness, and therapeutic purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

5. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service We are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our clients and staff.

• Professional Boundaries: Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive remarks or actions will not be tolerated.

• Termination of Session: We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately and without refund if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate.

• Intoxication: We cannot provide services to clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Payments

• Payment is due in full at the time of service, upon completion of your treatment.

• We accept payment by cash (Thai Baht) and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

7. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher (typically 12 months from the date of purchase).

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.

8. Personal Belongings

• We provide a safe space for your belongings in the treatment room, but we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We advise you to keep any valuables with you or to leave them at home.

9. Limitation of Liability

• By receiving a service from us, you agree to release C&R Thai Massage and its therapists from any liability for any harm or injury sustained during your session, provided that the harm was not a direct result of our gross negligence and that you have fully disclosed all relevant health information as required in Section 4.

10. Privacy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing you with our services. We will not share your information with third parties.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• C&R Thai Massage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and in our store.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking an appointment with C&R Thai Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
